Duties of security personnel: All the security personnel will be as per the site requirement and will perform duties to the utmost dedication and satisfaction. They have a regular checklist system of the duties to be performed by them daily ensuring the quality and service efficiency. List of duties include  Regulating the entry and exit of employees.  Regular checking of the premises, reporting and recording of various security documents including visitors, casual workers and employees.  Regular checking of the employees including their belongings at the time of exits.  Keeping vigilance and providing vital information to the management.  Ensuring proper parking and controlling the entry and exit of vehicles.  All other duties assigned by the management pertaining to security. We select experienced personnel trained by Ex-servicemen and will be as per the requirements of each client. All personnel deployed will be scrutinized properly along with their education background. We take address proofs (Ration card, Voter I.D card or Current bill) of the persons working in our Company and will be submitting the same to the corresponding clients for verification. Housekeeping and security personnel provided by us will be uniform professionally, be dedicated and fully responsible to their duties. SUPERVISION: We have highly efficient staff at the management level. Our field officers are always there to supervise the performance of our security staff round the clock and problem can be resolved immediately with effective supervision. Quatation: Security guards armed 1. 8 hours per head- Rs:14,000/ 2. 12 hours per head- Rs:16000/  Note:- Services charge 5% will be extra. ESI & PF provide our company for all employees. Uniforms are provided by our company. We shall submit our bill by 1st of each month and payment to be released latest by 5th of the month. If we provide additional employee on your request the charges will be extra. We would appreciate if you could provide us with you written confirmation as the same is required as per Government rules.
