Cancellation policy not mentioned at all at the time of booking. We lost lot of money as we had to cancel our booked trip one week before due to medical emergency. Highly unprofessional and bad business ethics.

Service Not Up to the Mark!, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Not satisfied with the level of customer service that this offered by this group. Went on a recent trip to Shirdi (one day). It started off well, however, soon we came to realise that for 18000 per person, all they offer is the flight tickets, one time Darshan, accomodation and one time food. Nothing more. No Aarthi ticket as per itinerary. No laddu prasad (Rs 10 per person). The guide was not knowledgeable, he was just an organiser. No special consideration paid to old people/young kids. Some people in our group failed to get an extra Darshan in the morning, which we were asked to pay for out of our pocket, despite already paying them Rs 18,000. I understand that every business need to be profitable, but it seems to me that there is around 50% profit per person with this group. I will never recommend this service to anyone.

I requested a quote for Shiridi tour at Bangalore location as someone referred me to these people. Worst customer service. They gave me a quote for 18500/per person. Then changed to 18900/ person before paying.They argued that it was a mistake it is 18900/person. I made a Rs100/- payment which they refused to give back. And were trying force me to pay the rest. I believe it was baba who stoped me from going with there people. . I was traveling with elderly These people have no ethics. I do not recommend to any one.

We got a great service from this Sri Sairam Subhayatra Ambattur, Chennai. I have received Good responses from this agent, we traveled From Chennai to Shirdi, it is a nice tour. They charged me a very reasonable cost for that tour, I am satisfied with this services.

Went to shirdi yatra with sairam subhayatra it was really a memorable trip my special thanks to mr.mahesh tour operator he was very polite and very helpful throughout our journey. Planning to go to kasi with same travel agent. Thanks a lot
