Hi, This agency seems to have been good earlier, but it is a fraud agency now. After checking the reviews, I had contacted Saraswathi Nursing Services for Care Taker Service, to take care of my mother. They collected registration fees and one month salary in advance, and provided me the receipt for the same. After three days they sent a Care Taker for a week, and then nobody showed up. When I contacted the agency, they mentioned that there was some internal issue with their other manager, and I had to repay. Their proprietor, Hamsi was extremely rude and she come home and threatened us and demanded us to repay the registration fees and one month salary if the service had to be resumed. I have filed an FIR against Hamsi and Sri Saraswathi Nursing Services at Jnanabharthi police Station. Hamsi has been absconding since then, and is not answering the phone calls. Attached is the FIR copy. I got to know that there are many other people have been duped the same way by this agency.

These people do not understand the importance of nursing care. They are doing it only for money. We interacted with Kavitha and even after telling multiple times, she could not understand our requirements. They require multiple follow ups and take a lot of time to respond to urgent needs. After 5 days and multiple reminders they sent a 65 year old who had breathing and hygiene issues to take care of our 7-day old kid. On asking for replacement, they made us wait for another 2 days and then told us that they require 2 more days to replace. We had to terminate our agreement. If you are looking for baby care, please don't go to these people.
