Excellent service. I contacted Sri Venkateshwara Services, Banashankari to service my washing machine IFB Fully automatic - Front load Power issue. The technician came on time and attended to the problem and solved it. He has replaced the motor for which I paid Rs.4250 and given six months warranty. The washing machine is working fine now. Overall I am very much satisfied with this service.

My LG washing machine fully automatic top load 5.5 kg has a tub not spinning issue for which I contacted Sri Venkateshwara Services, Banashankari. The technician came to my house. He examined and informed that he needs to change the board. The total cost would be Rs.9500 which I feel overcharged. They took the detergent tray misplaced the tray. When I asked them that they said they didn’t take it and fixed another tray which is not working. When I am spinning the drum with my hand it is working but it is not working automatically. They also replaced the old board used one, not a new one. My advice is they can take a photograph of the parts which they are changing. It will be useful for them to avoid this confusion.Apart from there is no problem with them.

Service was very quick and responsive. Mr Ravi was able to successfully identify the issue quickly and fixed the same on a sunday noon without delaying for next working day.

My Whirlpool fridge has a power issue. Contacted to Sri Venkateshwara Services, Banashankari. They sent on the technician Imtiyaz, he came on our committed time. He examined and informed that need to change the compressor and wiring. The total cost would be Rs.6500 or Rs.7000. Still, I have not decided whether to go repairing or purchase a new one. The technician charged Rs.150 as visiting charges. He provided proper information about fridge's issue which we got satisfied.
