I had booked a suite in SRM Kattankalathur on 17th June 2018, for the 26th of June 2018. But since I had to change my schedule I made a cancellation of the same on 19th June 2018, after which I got a cancellation confirmation mail from the Hotel informing that I would be receiving my refund within 10 working days. But unfortunately even after constant reminders through phone calls and e mail, I am sorry to inform that no positive response has come from the hotel till date 14th July 2018 (25 days)

Make my stay in this hotel for one day.The rent they have charged was nominal and the room was looking good and neat.Housekeeping service was good, feel happy with this stay.

In this hotel we 3people stayed here for 4 days. It was a AC room and the room was comfortable. But it was a slight old hotel I think. We paid almost Rs5000 for 4days. Overall it was good services.
