Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

The worst service and experience i ever had . The very time when i called they were prompt on time and had to replace some pipes as he mentioned and claimed the issue is resolved and charged 750/-. We could see the issue persist in our very next wash on the very same day. Called them again and talked over phone couple of times and they even agreed to reach my location in 30 mins time but never that happened. We were taking work from home believeing their word but nothing worked out. Now itz the 9th day we tried to connect them over phone but they keep on disconnecting the call. The worst exp for me from any vendor till date. Decided to go ahead with another vendor. Note: No unwanted negative triggers happened from our side till now.
