they are kind of cheater and liars. from manager till the low level staffs all are in same category simply not worth to deal with them. All of them very good in creativity to make new stories and new rumors including GM from Chennai main branch. always they will ask customer to go to their place to collect if we denied to collect they will start to frame the customers in to different matters and they will create a issues to frame the customers. madurai hub to delivery branch was the worst customer service never ever I have seen in my life. They will threaten the customers. ofcourse they are abusing their positions. as per Mr.kirubhakaran pudhur branch owner, he dont know what its is in stcourier website and he dont care, as per him service industry never follow the terms provided in their site. totally not qualified to deal with customer satisfaction
