Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior

Had a family trip of Kerala. Driver Hemant was not cooperative all the way and spoke in a very arrogant manner. He was always engaged on phone calls while driving. Moreover He only wanted to travel to local places as per his wish. The trip was not comfortable with him and can not recommend family trip with him. Total negative rating as our trip was spoiled with him. .

Unprofessional Behavior

Agency is not reliable and i had suffered worst experience with them during my Family trip of Kerala. I booked for a new Artiga cab, but they sent a 2006 model old diesel engine poor condition Innova car (Vehicle no. KL63D/4859). Cab driver Hemant was not cooperative and often refused to go around in the cab to local places. He was always forcing us to purchase the things, book jeep safari & boats etc with the persons he knew. On the last day, he was even not interested to show a waterfall which was very close to the road and started arguing. While reaching Kochi in the evening , driver diverted the route and parked the Cab at a lonely place on side of the road and called a person Anan du. Anan du sat on driver seat and asked to pay money in veru rude way. He snached money when i was paying him. He was very evil parson,abusing and trying to hit me. After that he dropped us at a lonely dark place about 400 mtrs away from Airport. In short they are uncultured and not fit for family trips

Stark travels person mr anand is very rude n does not like customers asking him rates n condition of his car. I had d misfortune of conversing with this guy when i was still deciding on which car rental shud i book. He got annoyed on several questions like rate n condition of his car . He lied that he cannot provide me service n he is already booked just within 5 min of his discussion with me. Thnk god i m not travelling with him as i cannot risk my family travel with this type of guy. I wud select negative rating.
