Very very bad service and people is not suitable for banking job

Very bad service. Even after making me stand for almost an hour and writing an application for merging my saving account with other saving account of SBI vaishali branch, i found after a month that nothing has been done. The details of FD with the saving account was not sent to the vaishali branch. I went to vaishali branch and filled 2-3 forms to request SBH chaura rasta to send the details. It's already been more than 2 months when i started the process and nothing has happened.
