Zero customer value Horrible experience being a customer to Studio Roopkala. I had asked them to print 40 photos of mine in GLOSSY format, which instead they printed in matt format and then when i rectified them, they were not ready to accept initially and the person there replied with a harsh 'No'. Then I had also given them a cassette (dv) to convert it onto a DVD, and what i get when i play the DVD after getting it home is that all my videos shot in HDV were no where there in the entire DVD, whereas i had specifically told the concerned person that only if u can convert and write videos shot in HDV onto the DVD, i'll give you the cassette and they noded very confidently. Upon not finding vdos when i got back at them, i realised they actually don't know what was the difference between HD and HDV and then they say we donot have the camera to capture your videos shot in HDV. I visited their studio 4 times in feverish condition and i got back nothing. A total gruesome experience. Certainly NEVER going back to them again EVER!
