This is a fraud business - they called themselves Indramati Maid Bureau Service earlier & cheated me of Rs. 50, 000 INR & as soon as they took the money , they changed their name to Sumeet Domestic Help. They lure clients by saying they will get you maid for a salary of Rs. 8000 & even before listening to your requirements, they send you profiles of maids to choose from, they also say that there will be a 2 yr contract , where the agency commission is Rs. 15, 000 & 5 months of the maid's salary as advance , the remaining 19 months from the 2 year period to be paid when the 2 yr contract gets done . Once you agree to the terms, they will ask you to transfer a minimum of Rs. 5, 000 - Rs. 8, 000, post which , they will send you the maid's Aadhaar card, a contract (with a wrong address) & train tickets , the maid leaves from Delhi along with a care taker & reach your place, then they take the remaining amount in 2 halves , one part online transfer to a person named Alka Kerketta & the remaining amount in cash & they leave. Once you go to sleep in the night, the maid quietly leaves too , you get up in the morning & realize it was all a big scam. The numbers they currently use are +91-7042372239, +91-8826549833, +91-8506818945,_91-9709864891 - the names they have used so far are all fake too - Upender Mukhiya (Care Taker), Ramesh Mukhiya (Care Taker), Seema (Owner of the agency), Sumeet Agarwal (Owner of the agency), Ramesg Gupta, Upender Yadav, Ashish & Rahul. The account that they ask you to transfer funds belongs to Pune on the name of Alka Kerketta, the account details are : Account Number: 20082570537, Bank Name: FINO BANK, Name on the account: Alka Kerketta, IFSC Code: fino0001001 - I faced this issue with them on 15th February, 2021 & lost Rs. 50, 000 in Hyderabad, I had then laid out a trap for them (posing as a new client) & caught them on Sunday i.e. on 21st February, 2021 & recovered my money. I have also written an email to FINO BANK informing them of this fraud & the bank has restricted access on that account. So, please be careful while looking into any maid agencies from Delhi, especially from Uttam Nagar area. I have written this down so sulekha.com can now put rules in place where a vendor cannot register themselves without proper verification done by sulekha. The ease with which they have done this only provides that they have been doing this for quite some time now, which means there are several other across India that may have been victims to such atrocities, please do not believe them. I am going to post this as a review on sulekha.com as well. Finally, now that I have got my money back, they are calling & harassing me asking me to unblock their FINO bank account, I've told them that they need to go to the bank to resolve this & blocked them. However, they keep sending voice msgs with abusive language. Such is the state of the citizens of India, Delhi no wonder has become the head quarters of CRIME. I pity the state our country is in & feel disgusted with the way people commit crimes & think its OK. Thanks A concerned Indian Citizen
