Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Have had a mixed experience with Suneethi Caregivers, in the hiring of caretakers to look after my aged father in law. The caretakers lacked training, and on the whole were lazy, glued to their phones all day making use of our wifi stealthily. I firmly believe that one of the last caretakers was responsible for my father in law death, due to negligience in care that was provided. He had several unexplained injuries on his body when he passed away, of which we were not informed in advance. The owner of Suneethi caregivers remained defiant and unwilling to take any responsibility. The caretakers as far as I have understood were not police verified. I had to lodge a complain with the police due to the above incident of negligience and injuries. When questioned by the Police, the owner was very defensive, and quite quick to mouth, what I believe to be a blatant lie that the caretakers were police verified, but was not able to produce the certificate when asked to produce the same.
