DO NOT GO WITH THIS SUPER COOL CARE SERVICES OR WHAT SO EVER. I had my samsung AC serviced with them. It had indoor water leak and cooling was not effective. <br/>They just did top of gas and said it will fix. Took 1500/-<br/><br/>Coming to their service, Cleaning the indoor unit with damp cloth and air filter is just what they do and call it service. That you can do it yourself. For outdoor unit, they just poor bucket of water on it. IF you ask, that's it? That's it.<br/><br/>Now the problem still persist or I would say even worsened. Upon repeated follow ups, they don't respond to calls.<br/><br/>AFTER READING THIS REVIEW. if you still want to try their services and get cheated. go for it :(<br/>
