Satisfied service provided by Surabhi spares at Agrahara. Contacted them for my IFB washing machine repair, they have given me a quick response. Two technicians came and removed the drum, then they took it to their service center. They informed that need to replace barring and shock absorbers in the drum. Then they brought my machine after repairing it, They took 3 days to fix this issue. Now the machine is working fine. They charged me Rs.4400 for spares including service. Overall happy with their work done.

Immense to share my experience with this service centre Surabhi Spares, Agrahara for my Symphony Air cooler repair & services. I approached this service centre, the way of response was very good. The technician person came and done their service was properly, they charged me 2150, I am fruitfully satisfied with their service.

Middling response I got from them, I am looking for Usha Cooktops/hobs repair & services, I received service from this centre Surabhi Spares, Agrahara, They charged me 200, Their service was good, But they came little bit for service so I feel average their response.

Very bad service I got from this centre Surabhi Spares, Agrahara,Recently My Samsung Refrigerator was some issue so I contacted them they came and checked out, and they said some parts have to be replaced in the fridge where the cost will be around 2500,so I asked them to buy and replaced it at the time replacing the parts and I found that the parts are not new,so I denied them replacing the parts,I paid only visiting charges 250,I did not take service from them,Totally I am not satisfied with their service.
