Owning one’s own home is everybody’s dream. I made my dream true with Sushma Buildtech and I am very happy that I chose them for making my own property. Home was completed on time. Whole process of availing the apartment was hassle free. Everything from fittings to cupboards and all other amenities are just excellent. These people are just great. Hi This is Rahul and I belong to a middle class family. I got married two years back and I want to settle in Chandigrah with my wife. I would like to share our experience/review about Sushma Buildtech <br/>We were living at our ancestral place Ambala from past ten years. It was fine for both of us, i.e. me and my wife but for better education prospects of our kids we decided to shift to Tricity. Things were not easier here, specially the rents. My wife asked me to buy our own home here and no doubt it was in my mind too. And then I began with my search. After having few healthy discussions with my friends and relatives, I visited several apartments, penthouses, etc. Some were rejected by my wife, while others were not in my budget. But then one of my wife’s friends suggested her for Sushma Elite Cross. We visited the location same day and luckily this time she was happy with the site. <br/>She loved the kitchen space most and children were happy with external facilities wi-fi, swimming pools and much more. And I was glad to see them smiling. Finalizing the things, we shifted here after a month and all going well.

The visit to construction site was very informative. Not only did we see the progress of the project, but were also informed about and shown the materials being used and various steps taken to ensure timely delivery of the project. I am glad to be the proud owner of such a classy & high-end housing society.
