Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I gave my daughter pavada sattai I was quite excited to see the final look But unfortunately I got very disappointed I did not like the design Actually I gave some other design but they told cloth was not enough so did some other design If there is less cloth they must first inform me But no such thing happened Finally for a big event I couldn't wear that dress for my daughter event is on mar 1st Total money waste Too expensive not worth 1800 rs I m not bothered about high pricing but they must have some concern on customer idea Lack of information made my day very bad Still can't come out of it The first picture is the model I selected Second is what she stitched on her own Very rude Unprofessional behaviour No customer service I strictly do not recommend her

Horrible service. I read the reviews and went to her. She talks big but when it comes to delivering, she is not up to the mark. I gave her 5 Salwar Kameez for stitching. She charges Rs1000 each for ordinary stitching. She stitched 4 and gave me. She spoilt one. She has taken 1000Rs from me for the spoilt salwar and she has still not returned my salwar top. The dress has become useless. She claims to be altering it for the past 4 months. Initially she gave the explanation that only 1 dress has got spoilt and the rest 4 were fine. Now she stopped picking up my call and responding to me. I requested her to repay the tailoring charge and the cost of the dresses. She is unwilling to do that. BEWARE. If you give her 5 dresses, be prepared to pay 1000Rs and donate one dress to her because you are never going get it fixed. I waited for so long and with extreme pain I am making this post. I wanted to ALERT you all.
