Service Not Up to the Mark!

We got married 2 and half years ago, but he stopped receiving our calls after the wedding .He just gave the hard copy of pictures and videos are not given ,not even the original copy of video was given to us .No response from his side. Even my 4 cousins got photography from him as we all got married in the same year , it’s the same with them also . None of us received wedding videos. I think he needs to change his professional ethics….

It's been six months and still we did not get our wedding video. They are not even answering our calls.
