Pathetic service and client handling. Salon uses rusty equipment; staff is generally untrained and uncaring; when confronted, they have the audacity to argue (some woman named Shipra who claimed to be the owner at the CP outlet) with customers. Never going there again, EVER! In fact, am going to go out of my way to make people aware of their unprofessionalism.
