Tanishq Showroom Ballygunge Kolkata

I went to Tanishq showroom which is situated at Ballygunge Kolkata on 26th December 2015,between 11.30 a.m.-12 p.m. My father and sister was with me. It was my father's wish to buy my sister's marriage jewelry set from Tanishq. We entered the showroom one employee at ground floor assisted us to go to second floor. Then another employee in second floor asked us to take sit, we were told very soon some of them are going to attend us. We sat. Another family sat beside us after we came. One lady started attending them though they reached a bit later than us. We kept on waiting. After some time another employee came in front of us, we thought she was there to attend us, but she didn't. We saw some employees were busy in call, even gossiping also but nobody bothered to notice us. May be they felt that we were not enough lucrative customers. After waiting nearly 10 mints we were frustrated by their 'excellent' service. We walked out and told sorry to them for disturbing them in busy schedule.
