We bought 1.5 AC with a gap of 3 months, realizing of noise at night (a/c is switched on only at night) we called for the free service. The person who visited stated is it under warranty but there is a gas leakage. Then when I called the person from whom I got the ac and asked for the actual reason he never supported but focused on looting money. In his words it the weather condition which made the leakage which is really way beyond my understanding and more over gas leakage doesn't comes under warranty and it will take additional money of 2200 plus taxes for filling up gas. How is it possible a split ac of 1.5 ton that also a area of 200 sqft where the ac is implanted of gas leakage and that too in 3 months. Totally disappointed with HYUNDAI and its services. Hope this message will reach to ears of someone senior at HYUNDAI and will get some respite. My money is wasted. I wonder with these kinds of products and services how are they amongst the best. For every thing they need money. Highly disappointed and irritated as I really don't want to spend more on a new ac which is just 3 months old.

Recommended service from " Tater International Impex", Kandivali West. I approached them to purchase an AC. Immediately they contacted me and assisted about all the brans. Finally, I decided to purchase Carrier 1.5 Ton Inverter 3 Star DURAFRESH CAI18DF3N8F0 Copper Split AC (White). They told to come on very next day for the installation but they couldn't come on time due to some reasons. After 2 days they came and installed the Ac. They brought wires and screw and all the accessories along with them. I paid Rs. 32500 for the Ac purchase and Rs. 1200 for the Ac installation. I'm very happy with their service.
