Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Worst service ever… we have purchased CCTV from them but when we need them they are saying reasons our technicians are not there they have Ramzan season so they won’t available like that… we waited for them 4 days but no response and don’t know how to talk with the customers abusive behaviour the manager is from Malakpet branch
