Technofork Solutions LLP Poonithura Cochin

I had a flickering issue with my Sony 40 inch TV. Technofork took the TV in Aug and returned it after a month and charged us Rs. 4500 informing us that some board has been changed . After 2 days the same issue started and after a lot of follow up they took back the TV. When we started following up again, they informed us that some other board has to be changed and they were unwilling to accept that they had changed any other board previously. Anyway, today after another 2 months, we have received back the TV with Thesmartserv job sheet no. 161. As soon as the technician left, the TV started flickering again and none of the data inputs are working. We tried to contact technoserv again, but have so far not been successful. Looks like they haven't done anything to repair the TV at all or they don't have any professionals to repair such issues. They had originally contacted us through sulekha, so I will definitely lodge a complaint there too. I won't recommend Technofork for any TV repairs.
