No response from the support team. I would not recommend to anyone. I opted for one test and the team had sent an invoice for other which is less than what I paid. Praveen from the team called and literally spoke nonsense. He doesn't have the knowledge, and he doesn't have the decency to talk. They expect customers to take service of their choice. I am chasing them to check on the refund status of the money I paid. Surprisingly no one is responding. Useless app and useless service.
