One of the dirtiest Realtor and Big time frauds! Beware of this real estate spam. These 3rd rated people are cheating the downpayment / booking amount. Pathetic service and very unprofessional. Heard lot of litigation (see genuine reviews of other customers, most of the positive reviews are of their own people - BEWARE) I have filed case in Koramangala police station. The director is a big time who never show himself and his GM named Deepika is the unprofessional women who never responds to msgs or calls. They have cheated employee salaries too. Any others booked and never got refunded? Please join me. We will file case in police station and consumer court. Anyone to help file case in social media and TV9 or public TV?

The worst people ever i met. Terrenum Homes India PVT LTD is a fraud company. No one should even think of buying a property from them. They only to how to make people fool. These people are cheating innocent people with so many false promises and then they will not even bother to response once they get the advance money from the customer. The Owner Ravichandiran Anand is big time fraud. So guys stay out of him as well. What ever he will promise, suddenly he will deny no body can predict also. They will promise a property with reasonable rate but you will end up with so many extra charges which will cross any other builder's quotation in the market. These people hardly done a few constructions and the quality of work is extremely poor. They will give approx time as 6-8 months but I saw people are chasing them from the last 2 years and the only foundation is done, that too the quality of the foundation is not at all up to the mark. please don't fall into the trap

Terrenum Homes is a fraud real estate company. I request all to avoid paying any kind of advance amount. They don't have proper agreement from the landlord's even though they are selling same plots. Be aware With Terrenum Homes (Koramangala) They are bankrupt & going to Close their operations soon.
