Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

With lot of disappointments I'm posting this message, more than the content the pictures and videos speaks a lot. Its a new built house at Vadaperumbakkam, I'm going to step into the property tomorrow, house left out with many pending works and out of the work completed, Dampness across floors, door was fully drained in water due to poor planning and no responsibilities taken by Mr. Joseph Dhana. He is a fraud and please never trust him, he took long time to construct the property close to 3 years due to poor estimation of quotation, later got revised, fund rotation and the amount we give him was not fully invested for property on time. Rather he does all money rotation stuffs and again the price of the materials will increase, we have to pay him again. Beware of this fraud and cheat person Dhana, he is not responsive and his works proves that he is not capable of handling any projects to deliver the job as portrayed in the website.
