Well if you are a girl you may get (im)proper coaching/training/attention. However, if you are a guy, you will be treated as an alms seeking beggar to whom the so called trainers are doing a favour. The gym boasts of AC, music, etc. However, the decision to put them on is at the sole discretion of the "managers"and "trainers", which means that on some days you may have to work out without music. AC? Forget it; never!! 'Steam Bath'is the name given to the bleak toilet facility. The Gym is small; overcrowded and most of the machines are either always engaged or they don't work. By the way, the gym regularly gets an "upgrade", i.e. the position of the equipments in the gym get changed every now and then so as to get a pseudo look that the gym has got new equipment. The only good thing about gym is that you learn virtue of labour,i.e. support given to you would be rare or non-existent; however you would be expected to keep '?ll weights' at proper position, regardless of who brought them.

?Good workout with great trainers ? My partner and I came here for just over a month. We ended up buying more classes here as the workouts were fun and hard. We stuck primarily with the rapid fire classes and had several trainers coach us through them over that month. All the trainers explained the steps clearly and were quick to assist if needed. They are strict on their cancellation policy, for good reason. The cap their class sizes so that the trainers can pay attention to those training. I never felt neglected when in their classes. The trainers mix up the workouts to keep you active and never bored! Its worth checking them out for yourself!
