The Professional Couriers Karamana Trivandrum

Only the name is professional. Please choose them only if you don't care your parcel to be delivered. We approached Professional couriers at Bakery Junction Trivandrum to deliver a birthday gift . The distance between office and destination is just 2 kms, but we choose as a surprise gift hence went to couriers. They were clearly told that this is a birthday gift and hence whould be delivered on Monday, and we gave them on a Saturday, July 2013. They told they can deliver on Sunday. But we said Monday is the birthday. The destination place was Edappazhinji. They told us that they will defenitely deiver on Monday morning or asap. We even followed up on Monday. The birthday gift, our anxiety, all our efforts are wasted as we chose the wrong courier 'Professional' couriers!!.. Guess what would have happened had it been some official document. If they cannot deliver something within less than 2kms on time[i thought 10kms], what is the service they are ofering!! Atleast when Customer call to your office, speak honestly and be genuine. I will inform my friends at Facebook,office, and my network about this unpleasant experience to save them from becoming another victim.
