I had given my dell laptop on 16th May 2020 to fix the power button issue. they asked hefty price for temporary fix. Then I told them not to fix anything and I went and collected my laptop. These cheaters disconnected the power cord with the trimmer and gave me the Laptop so that i can not repair it anywhere. Fortunately i took the snap of that part Just before handover the laptop with them. When I checked with them they said we did not open at all. Never ever Service your laptop and other gadgets with these guys. I have attached the photo here. They disconnected green colour one which screwed with the power button and gave it back.

Scope for improvement.Improvement in customer satisfaction desirable.Windows update should be latest version.pl keep disposable paper glasses next to drinking water source for use of thirsty customers.Neat and clean setup.

Poor service they have done, I contacted this service provider The Repair Guru, Marathahalli for my Wipro Laptop was having Power issue,so I approached these people then I took the system to the center, they checked out the laptop and done the service, the power issue is resolved,but they created another issue,now the files are not opened in laptop and the Laptop is not working, they charged me 3500 for that service, so overall their service was very awful.
