Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I rented a car from them in exchange for a deposit, giving him my Pulsar bike. Initially, they promised not to use my bike, but their staff ended up using it and drained the fuel. Furthermore, I had booked the car at 3:00 p.m., but I didn't receive the car until 8:00 p.m. To make matters worse, the car was in a very dirty condition. Secondly, the car I rented was a Honda WRV, and its speed did not go higher than 50. During the tour, the car got punctured. When I checked the spare tire, I found it was also punctured. When I called them, they said, "You should get it fixed." This caused a significant waste of my time. They are very unprofessional, and the staff is extremely arrogant.
