The Tree House Shivaji Nagar Pune

I put my 1.8yr old son in Tree House FC Road Pune as the teacher/in-charge Mrs Chaitali assured that they handle children of this age and that my son is eligible.Accordingly, we paid Rs 13500 and enrolled our son.I started going to school with him in the beginning and noticed that the school is not cleaned regularly.Left over food remains scattered on the floor as the centre doesnt have domestic help to clean the school.The children play in the same dirty place, yet their hands are not washed.The teachers are extremely unprofessional, inhuman and indifferent - even if the children cry, they simply keep chatting on the phone or with each other - they do not hold the child and try to soothe him.........They do not feed the child with the food given to him in the tiffin, mostly children cry if they are hungryI doubt if they have really done any course in parenting.They are horrible human beings.We complained about this to Chaitali but she was also indifferent abt the whole matter
