Dear Lucy, I would have to say it was our best trip :-).Everything was perfect.Hotel Service was good ,breakfast and lunch was superb.Our tour guide Koman was very decent person.He was always on time.We did not face any issue in bali. Dear Lucy, Let me thank you for making my family holiday seamless and hassle free. Although the hotels are booked according to the plan and no issues with check-in or check-out, I had to face certain problems and they are listed below:- 1. The Driver was incommunicable. Neither he spoke or understood proper English nor proper Hindi. 2. The condition of vehicle was very poor, shabby and unclean. 3. The Driver wasn't familiar with the tourist places that we visited and he was only interested to take us from one hotel to another hotel. 4. He wasn't helpful either. For example, if at all he would stop at a tourist site, he will park the vehicle first according to his convenient and made us walk upto the spot, sometimes it is about 200-300 meters, instead of dropping us at the spot and then finding a suitable parking space. 5. On the first day when we arrived at Kochi, after reaching hotel around noon we informed him to be available after 3:00 pm for our half day sightseeing according to
