Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

These people don't even deserve 1 star. I would recommend studying on your own rather than joining them. One of my relatives had joined them for her IELTS preparation. They are just concerned till the time they get their fees, the moment you pay them they won't bother about anything. The teacher is very rude, she doesn't give the feedback on the work properly. All she does is demotivating them by saying it's not upto the mark, she doesn't explain her what's wrong and where they have faultered. The person who joined is an educated professional working from past 10 years and demotivating them is not the way. And when you ask the management they care about nothing. All they care is just about money. I strongly recommend that please don't join them they are just a waste of your time and money.
