Foreign Exchange Service I got through this business agency.they did n't charge any amount for this service.service was provided by them really bad .i am really unhappy and not satisfied with the service..

I felt the services were not good at;<br/>1) We did not get BREAK FAST as they dropped us to the Hotel Late<br/><br/>2) Lodging<br/><br/>Very small and congested room (Not a 3star Hotel).<br/><br/>No proper Ventilation since there was some renovation happening, requested us not to open the windows.<br/><br/>No toiletries like Soap, Paste, Shampoo, tumbler etc.,<br/><br/>No 3 pin Socket to charge the Mobile.<br/><br/><br/>3) Tourland Services<br/><br/>Each day drivers changed and they were least bothered to give their contact details.<br/><br/>They did not give us the Brouchures/Maps/Time Schedule sheet before entering FUN STATIONS.<br/><br/>4) Jurong Bird Park<br/><br/>They took us at 10 am and 12 was pick up, only 2 hrs we saw jurong. 2:30 pm airport pick up. 5:15 pm reporting time and flight was at 7:15pm. Total waste of time 4hrs.<br/><br/>5) Lack of Information<br/>Room Check out uninformed – If in case the Room in checked out late, we must shell the whole day Room rent and that would have costed us 200$ <br/><br/>6) Comparison – Other Travel agents are much better than Thomas cook.

My requirement got fulfilled through this people. They took 48 hours to complete the work, their response was nice and i am happy with it.

Thomas Cook have all the currencies and it was quite easy for us to exchange, I got the best quote from them for an exchange of INR to Thai Baht. Thanks for the friendly service.
