Ticona' broadband is worst they do not bother for any service after the connection. Most of time distubance and they do not send the engineers to rectify the problem. Hathway broadband is the best in all respect.

From this internet service provider I am using Tikona broadband connection, Monthly I am paying Rs.1000 for 50 GB of 4mbps. but simultaneously the connection getting lost and whenever I try to contact customer care I am not getting proper response with them, Overall it is an average service I got from them.

For home purpose I have taken the Broadband connection from this business. They charged Rs.750 per month for the connection. The speed of the internet is good. I am glad to take service from here.

Using Tikona broadband connection from this vendor. I am paying Rs 699 per month for the connection. Service was too bad as the connection continuously getting disconnected. Overall its a pathetic service rendered by this business.
