A few days before one of your service man came to our office to deliver our item. When we told him that, we will sign the document after inspecting the material, the man shouted on us and took the item back and asked us to collect it from your office at angamaly (Adam Bazar,Old Market Road, Angamaly, Cochin - 680021). Then we were in urgent requirement so that we signed it and received it without inspection. Physical damage to our item was an additional offer from your side. Thank you!<br/>The approach was really surprising because we never expect such things from a good Courier team like you.
