I booked a Thailand trip through them and had a bad experience through out. When I am planning a tour through travel agent I expect them to suggest what are the places I should be visiting and how many days would they recommend. I would also expect them to know what are the additional cost that I need to pay there and be upfront about it. Travelbhai, didn't meet any of these criteria for me. Some of the issues I faced:<br/>- In the planning stage, they give more days in Bangkok and less in Krabi and later just mentioned that it was a misunderstandindg however changing it now would cost more.<br/>- The activity date was changed after I landed in Thailand and all they had to say was that it was all booked out so they had to change. This was after they had initially given me a confirmation for a particular date<br/>- I had taken two tours in Krabi and they didn't mention that there is a compulsory entrance fee of 400 baht and 200 baht per person that I need to pay for both the tours.
