Awesome Tour & worth every penny paid Based on their very positive reviews, we booked our tour with travel binz, excellent service, our best tour operator yet. We are family from Bahrain with two kids aged 10 & 15 years respectively the itinerary was little long total 26Night/27Days but carefully thought and well balanced keeping in mind that suitable for kids. The trip represented great travel for the cost. Our booking was easy and transfer were perfect and done with a very good vehicle with very friendly chauffeur. Everything worked like a clockwork, however it was the genius of the itinerary, I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent easily 5-stars. My emails and calls were promptly responded to, and staff showed up when we need any advice or help & hats off for the regular calls and asking for feedback Due to some reason our Vehicle broke down near Amritsar but travel binz supported very well and arranged spare vehicle within a hour and our tour continued without any hurdles and we came back with wonderful memories

Excellent service,staff is very professional, friendly and helpful.Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The hotel restaurant had a great buffet breakfast and dinner was simply . I would recommend this hotel for both buisness or pleasure trips. Thanks

Finally we are back home from our 12 days trip to India & Nepal. Special thanks to Travel Binz team who planned our trip so brilliantly. This trip will hold a special place in our heart. Everything went smoothly and professionally. Our guides in each location were brilliant and very knowledgeable specially the one in Agra (we forgot his name). Our transport was comfortable and the driver was always on time. It was unbelievable. We will visit to your country soon!!

TRAVEL BINZ A FRAUD COMPANY ALERT FRAUD COMPANY.DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. A COMPANY RUN BY A BUNCH OF LOSERS AND CHEATERS WHO ARE MASTERS IN STEALING MONEY FROM THE CLIENTS. ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE GENERATED BY THEM ONLY TO MISGUIDE PEOPLE. I HAD BOOKED A LAND TRIP WITH THEM FOR DUBAI. THEY HAD TAKEN THE ADVANCE MONEY (20%) RS. 20,000/- AND VANISHED. THEY STOPPED RESPONDING TO CALLS, EMAILS AND MESSAGES. JUST A DAY BEFORE THE DEPARTURE, THEY JUMP OFF ASKING FOR THE BALANCE MONEY AGAINST THE FALSE TRAVEL VOUCHER. THE CONTACT NUMBERS GIVEN ON THE DUBAI VOUCHER DON'T EXIST IN DUBAI. ON CALLING THE TEAM DIRECTLY THEY WEREN'T BOTHERED TO RETURN YOUR MONEY OR GIVE YOU A CONCRETE INFORMATION FOR THE ARRANGEMENTS DONE. INITIALLY THEY HAD COMMITTED TO ALL BOOKINGS BEFORE BALANCE PAYMENT. LATER THEY REFUSED TO INCLUDE THE POINTS COMMITTED AND ASKED RS. 20,000/- MORE IN ADDITION TO THE BALANCE AMOUNT. THE COMPANY OWNERS ARE DEAFS AND DUMB.
