This is a fraud company, we booked a train ticket from them and they assured that the tickets will be confirmed. Even till the last minute Mr Amit Patel assured that it will be done which never happened.<br/>We booked a train ticket from Chattisgarh to Delhi for my father, till the last minute the ticket wasn’t confirmed when we called Mr Amit Patel he assured the ticket will be confirmed,once the chart was released the ticket was still in waiting, when we called him he stopped taking the calls. Finally my father actually waited 2 days before he got a ticket right from the counter in Tatkal early morning and Mr Amit Patel could not get the ticket at all. <br/>Regardless of the money spent in the hotels for 2 extra days and the mental harassment to my old father who was STRANDED because of them, when we asked only for the money given to him for tickets, he assured it will be transferred in 2 days. Its been 6 months now that we have been chasing him and still the refund hasn’t been transferred.
