>> I booked Singapore-Bali trip from them and had the worst experience. They will post comment saying FAKE reviews on low ratings, don't believe on that its their tactics. >> Their agents are rude and dumb, they will call you every day until you book the trip and then later you have to follow up with them. >> I booked my tour in the Aug 2018 and they sent me all the booking vouchers just 8 hours before my flight ! (Attached proof) >> They will promise you more while you book and when actual voucher comes it will not have those things ! They added Lunch in my Kintamani trip but in my voucher it was not there ! >> They never listen to your request to get early vouchers and at the end moment they will change the tour bookings saying the tour is expired. >> If you go with them then it's like last minute bookings. >> Their agents don't have clue about hotels and places so randomly they will give you the literary wherever they have tie-up and you will suffer in the end. >> On top of that, agents don't like when you ask questions about trip timings and all. Never go with this travel agency !
