Very very bad servicing and customer care

Left my car 4 days before. Still not identified a simple power supply problem. Bullshit technicians. Don't know how to use diagnostic tester. STUPIDS.

Idiotic people with no ethics .. Give unnecessary promises . I gave them my car for the first time and they are non-responsive and do not even care about the promises that they make to the customer . Marathalli center is much better ....

"We offer pick and drop facilities at your doorsteps of your car as per your convenience." BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN, THESE WERE THE WORDS THAT ATTRACTED ME.Unfortunately Mysore Road w/s was converted to some other model & I was ditched royally.Have repeatedly phone Kalyan naga. am told yes vehicle will be picked up but am totally ignored. I repent going to Trident. Have earlier purchased Accent from trident and had a good experience. But Chevrolet, am totally upset.Engg head Mr Naveen helped out the first time but now totally ignoring me. Took my Beat for service at their Kalyan Nagar branch and they charged me Rs. 5000 for it for a non-oil change service. That means they just did wheel alignment and balancing, Lubricating both the brakes and doors that's it. My cousin who has the same car has taken hers to Kropex and they've only charged her Rs.4500 for an oil change service. It's very sad that to see that even service centers are cheating customers. Wheel alignment and balancing for Rs.1500??? I mean really? If I were to give it any where else they would charge me Rs.500 for the same. Another 1500 for paid service? What is it that you do for this? Really very disheartened and distraught with such treatment of customers.
