Went to Triumph Hyundai to resolve some unnecessary sound issue in my verna. Mechanic told me that one of my wheel has tear-out bearing which should be changed whereas service engineer has counted number of issues in suspension in both the wheel bearings etc etc. I insisted to get only one wheel bearing to be changed and got it done. Sound issue is fully resovled now. Now I am getting calls from their different department that i have given less point in feedback and forcing me to change that. Having worst experience during and after the service. I will not recommed this place for car service or any repair.
