TTN Broadband HSR Layout Bangalore

It'll be a huge mistake to buy anything from these guys. If your area doesn't have any other options, use your mobile connection. Trust me it's a nightmare dealing with these folks

TTN broadband is the worst Internet Service Provider in all of Bengaluru. Their customer services are highly trained to make lies. Sometimes they dont even register complain for 14 days! And I now their way of earning, they will just cut off the internet on weekends if they feel to earn more. And then the useless customer service trained specifically in lying will do its best to make sure that the internet will get repaired in 2hours. Just simply dont go for it

They are the absolute worst. The service is only good initially and then It deteriorates to a degree that is just unspeakable. The service providers behave like they are busy working on the call when they are chatting with other people (have it in call recording), they make fake attempts to give you the assurance that the issues you are facing will be worked on (no one to actually fix it) and then they ask for money for the "services". Moreso, there will be no replies to emails if you are raising a concern (at least 9 of them unanswered or answered with no resolution). The ones who introduced me to TTN have changed to other service providers and I was opposing the idea as up until now they have been great and I did not have a single complaint, but they have ruined their reputation and HOW! Please save your money and your time and your career as this network will surely bring all of it down.

Took Internet Connection from this TTN Broadband.They did free installation and paid moderate amount for this service.They did the service fast and satisfied with their service.
