@AppleSupport Hello sir, One of my beatx device send for replacement at Aundh apple service He said either your device will replaced or will give refund you. But no such action was taken from last 5 months. After facing such trouble many times, my no- 965838189

Pathetic and untrained staff.I visited this aundh service centre in august as my phone's screen was broken. My phone was just 2 months old and i had cover on it when my screen was broken. There was no single dent on my phone despite that they kept on saying that if u replace your screen your screen will pop up as phone is bent from side. I showed the phone to most of the customers who were present in service centre to check if they can see any dent. No one could see that the phone is bent yet the service centre staff kept on repeating this. Then another guy came from inside and he said you can give your phone for repairing but it is not our guarantee that your phone will work after repairing or not. This was a shocking statement as my phone was working perfectly fine even with broken screen , the touch , the camera all was perfect . How can an apple authorised service centre say that once you hand over your phone it is not our responsibility that you'll even get your phone in atleast the same condition in which you are giving it to service centre. Decided not to repair my phone with them as they themselves seemed untrained and confused. Repaired my phone with nyasa the next day and not once that they said the phone is bent or that crap. My phone is back to good now , wise decision i guess

Purchased a new apple laptop from this dealer. The product provided by them is very awesome as it has latest features with great usage options. I paid them Rs.72000 for the product and I am contented with my purchase.
