Union Bank of India Vile Parle East Mumbai

The services at union bank of India vile parle east branch are pathetic... Half of the staff is good but some jerks here are horrible... No way of talking.. And so much of attitude... There's one madam who is like really horrible. I would not mention her name but she is a real bad person. I am not gonna ever forgive her .. All because of her my admission process was delayed. If you are thinking of opening an account in this branch DON'T I repeat DON'T.They are not at all helpful or supportive .plus if we talk to higher authorities they delay our work on purpose... Ego issues... And also they'll just start gossiping about how we went to higher authorities and still didn't get our work done.infact they'll then work slow rather than helping out that person. I could just write a long big essay of how she delayed work but Max 1000 word.its not about the long procedures that annoyed me but the staff has so much of attitude and no politeness at all except a few. The staff needsto be polite
