Actually 0 ratings. Since 5 years I'm paying my gas bills between 1500-2000 despite being 3 members with two connections. Last month we were on vacation for 15 days still I got bill of ?1800. And for two months I've got 4000. Due to persisting problems I complained manier times in the office but the staff is very rude and arrogant. I even complained in main office but was shut down telling you may have that much usage because of two connections. I even consulted few of my friends and they said they get their bill between 700-800 despite having 3 connections.I appeal that please send someone from your main office to check the meter or take some action.

they are not organized at all.even after submitting KYC form they bill us at regular intervals at non subsidized rate.thus our monthly bill is coming more than what it was costing us for 2 months in lpg.there is no method of recovering the money too
