This is big fraud company, i thought this is genuine where it is operating throught out India. But these idiots i mean the employees of the company also behave in the same way. I booked for my washroom cleaning, one lady by name Gorle Kalyani has come and said this is wrong that is wrong and forced me like anything till i cancel the booking. Then again i booked for next day again it repeated the same and this time it is Karimullah. He started cribbing that the before lady is fraud and does the same with all customers. Then i spoke to their manager one Mr. CHAITANYA and he says i am nowhere responsible for these complaints, then he said he is a training manager, then he said he is customer service and then again he bluffed he is nowhere concerned with this people. This is what they do in vizag Urban Clap company. Hope this review will be read by their higher officials and take proper action for the same by sacking the entire staff of Vizag. BEWARE DONT CALL KARUNA! from UC. She is a psycho! She came to me through Urban clap and later begged me to call her personally. When I called her, she charged me exorbitant price on services ( double/ tripple of original price) . When I confronted her she vehemently denied how she stooged me moreover she understated the brand Urban clap saying I use my products with packages bigger in size and better in quality than Urban clap. While always wearing urban clap shirt and carrying urban clap kit. When I confronted her personally she went bezzark and threw my balcony chair, damaged my door, broke my chair and ruined my plants. When I asked her to clean up the waste papers used during the treatment she threw them out of the balcony with rage. BEWARE ! SHE IS A THUG, LIER, DISHONEST & BEHAVIOUR IS INAPPROPRIATE, SHE IS A PSCHO! I have watsap and photos to prove everything I claim.
