The WORST service ever !! This company is incapable of delivering goods . I have lost a client and good amount of money because of V Trans , they took extra money which was given to them on time . They had kept my goods in their gowdown for 25 plus days. They are slow sluggish and have zero etiquette. When I called them they always sounded sleepy and were slow to take any action . Okhla branch has useless people who had no idea where my consignment was . At times it was in some gowdown or some other godown . After a lot of effort i got the Area Manager number for Banglore Mr Ravi or Rohit whatever his name was , he was rude and had zero patience. He told me to call the service center , I politely told him I don't have the number as it has been lost in my call history . He said he was driving so I I told him to send me the number once he was done . His Reply - " Find the number from your log history its not my fault if you dint save it , thank you " and he kept the ph on my face . My consignment will reach after 25 days and I'm worried how the goods will be . I have been chasing them for 25 days . If you want to loose your business or a client please approach this useless transport company !! I may have lost my client to these stupid people but please think ten times before you approach these slow , blank , useless people for your work .
