Vailankanni Auto Hires Bardez Goa

They are thiefs please don't take car on rent from them. They will find one or the other way to extract more money from you and you won't be able to do anything coz you will be getting late for the flight that's why they do it. Very bad condition vehicles. At the time of booking they will be very polite and helpful and once you pay advance they will show their colors. There are many other auto hiring companies much much better than this ao please don't take vehicle from them.. just a friendly advice..

I have used their service quite a few times. I was satisfied all these while until i encountered this one particular driver. Sunil Lotlikar. Very arrogant person. Absolutely no idea about how to interact with customer. He was supposed to pick my car early morning. On previous day night he is calling me in total inebriated state and telling me it is difficult for him to do so and kept blabbering. I reported this to agency but it seemed difficult for them to take any action. I asked the number of the management to tell about this but agency didn't give. So if agency assigns you Sunil as driver, please ask for another driver else your trip will get spoiled. I am feeling bad to give one star rating but only due to this particular driver and agencies inability to handle him i am doing so.

They give proper drivers and vehicle on time but i had put extra diesel almost of 1000 rs for which they did not give any refund. I felt like cheated. I was ready to adjust 500 rs but they did not give a single rupee back. I was their customer from 7 years but Vailankanni travels dont bother to give service and retain their customers even at cost of 500 Rs.

Being a forgetful and frantic traveler, the good people at Vailankanni offered phenomenol support and help to complete our travel requirements in Goa. Hats off to these guys!<br/><br/>- Hersh
