Vaiyata is a founder of the firm. Mr. Dharmesh Vaiyata is a young Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. He has a vast expertise in the field of Direct and Indirect Taxation, Companies Laws and Business Advisory. He also regularly represents before different tax authorities for assessments and appeals up to tribunal.   Mr. Hemant B. Prajapati is a young Chartered Accountant. He is our associate assisting our clients with advisory matters, registrations and compliances with GST, VAT & CST and Service Tax. With vast experience in these areas, he has sharpened his tools to advise clients on applicability and appropriate classification under the complex laws of GST, VAT & CST and Service Tax.   Mr. Dhiren Suthar is a qualified B.
