Don't even think about this Value housing company. Biggest fraud. They will loot your money in the name of advance amount and drag for 6 months saying that there is an approval problem. When you start asking money, they will stop answering your phone. Beware of their sales person Shanmugam, manager Dinesh Kumar and biggest fraud the owner Karthik Raju.
